Een zelfvoorzienend leven in Zuid Zweden

Hoi allemaal,
Wij zijn een Nederlands gezin, woonachtig in Zuid-Zweden en we hebben het volgende oproepje voor degene die interesse hebben:
Dreaming of a self reliant life in the woods of south Sweden?
We are a small family (Jesse 26, Elsje 29 and baby Jonah) and we live on a small plot in the woods south of Perstorp, Sweden. Jesse is a blacksmith and artist and we make a living selling his work.
We have about 0,5 hectare of land with 2 houses. We are currently living in one of the houses and we would love to rent out the other house to a small family, a couple or two/three friends who are like minded.
We would love to become more self reliant, have a vegetable garden, keep chickens and try to live with less. How wonderful would it be to share this with someone who would love to live like this as well. If this is something you are interested in, we would love to hear from you.
The rent would be 3000 SEK (+/- € 300,-) incl. heating, electricity, water and internet.
The idea would be to help each other part time in the garden and with other jobs, like fixing up the houses and creating new projects. We would love to hear your input and ideas as well!
The plan is to rent the house out for a year with the possibility of an extension if it works out for both parties.
